The application process for Russian Government Scholarships involves the following steps:

  2. Create an account on the online application portal "Future Student."
  3. Complete the online application form with accurate personal and academic information.
  4. Select up to six universities and educational programs.
  5. Upload the required documents:
    • Scanned copy of passport (valid for at least 18 months from the expected date of entry to Russia)
    • Recent passport-sized photographs
    • Academic transcripts and diplomas (with certified translations if not in Russian or English)
    • Language proficiency certificates (if available)
    • Curriculum vitae/resume
    • Motivation letter
    • Medical certificate confirming absence of HIV and tuberculosis
